Join The Romantics Archive for a fantasy masquerade celebrating the midnight release of A Court of Forgotten Melody, the newest installment in Sarah J. Maas’s A Court of Thorns and Roses series.

On January 11, step into an evening of music, dancing, performances, interactive experiences, and photo moments. Enjoy food and refreshments as a DJ carries us toward midnight, when we’ll celebrate the arrival of the next chapter together. Some of the night’s surprises will remain behind the mask until the event.

Formal fantasy attire is encouraged, and masks are welcome.

Each General Admission ticket includes entry beginning at 8:30 PM MT, access to the event’s entertainment and experiences, and food and refreshments.

VIP : $199

• VIP admission includes everything offered with General Admission, plus:

  • Early entry beginning at 7:30 PM MT

  • Access to tables reserved exclusively for VIP guests.

  • A dedicated VIP line for midnight book pickup, for guests who have separately preordered A Court of Forgotten Melody

  • An exclusive VIP gift
  • One drink ticket for the cash bar

  The book is sold separately and is not included with VIP admission. VIP quantities are limited.

Tickets are available while quantities last. Access to an earlier sale does not guarantee ticket availability.

BOOK PREORDERS & MIDNIGHT PICKUP

A Court of Forgotten Melody must be purchased separately from your event ticket. If you would like a copy, please place a separate book preorder through The Romantics Archive and review the pickup options on the book’s product page.

Books cannot be distributed before the publisher-authorized release time. Midnight pickup instructions for eligible book preorder customers will be shared before the event.

TICKET PURCHASE LIMIT

Purchases are limited to five tickets per order. The Romantics Archive reserves the right to cancel orders that exceed this limit or appear to have been made for unauthorized resale.

ADDITIONAL ATTENDEE INFORMATION

As the masquerade approaches, ticket holders will receive further information about parking, arrival, check-in, the event schedule, costume guidance, and book pickup. Please watch the email address used at checkout for updates.

TICKET TRANSFERS & RESALE

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. The original purchaser is responsible for sharing event information with the new guest and ensuring they comply with event policies.

Tickets may not be resold for profit. The Romantics Archive reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased for unauthorized resale.

REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

ARRIVAL & ENTRY

Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. Late arrivals will be admitted but may miss scheduled activities or performances. VIP early entry applies only during the designated VIP access period.

Detailed arrival and check-in instructions will be sent before the event.

COSTUMES & PROPS

Formal fantasy attire and cosplay are encouraged but not required. Masks are welcome.

For guest safety, props must be safe and non-functional. Real weapons and weapon replicas that may pose a safety concern are prohibited. Costumes and props must comply with venue requirements. Event and venue staff may refuse or request the removal of an item that presents a safety concern.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

Photography and video may take place throughout the event. Event images and footage may be used by The Romantics Archive for marketing and promotional purposes.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Romantics Archive and Copper Nickel Events are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

EVENT & RELEASE DATE CHANGES

The publisher determines the book’s release date. If that date changes, the event schedule may also need to change. Performers, activities, and other event elements may change as planning continues. Ticket holders will be notified of significant changes.

Circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, venue issues, or emergencies, may require the event to be postponed, relocated, or modified. Ticket holders will be notified of any necessary changes.
