Join The Romantics Archive for an immersive evening in Prythian as we celebrate the midnight release of A Court of Splintered Harmony, the newest installment in Sarah J. Maas’s A Court of Thorns and Roses series.

On October 26, step into a fantasy celebration filled with Court-inspired experiences, live entertainment, music, dancing, photo moments, food, refreshments, and more before we gather together at midnight to celebrate the release of the newest ACOTAR book.

Fantasy formal, fae attire, and cosplay are encouraged but not required.

VIP admission includes everything included with General Admission, plus:

• Complimentary drink ticket

No additional VIP tickets will be released.

Final Public Ticket Release

The final 10 General Admission tickets will be released:

Sunday, August 23 at 7:00 PM MT

Once these tickets are claimed, public ticket sales for the Midnight Fae Ball will officially close.

Tickets are limited and available while quantities last.

Ticket holders should watch their email and The Romantics Archive social channels for updates.

Book Pickup

Each ticket includes one copy of A Court of Splintered Harmony.

Books will be distributed beginning at midnight as October 27 begins in celebration of the official release. Books cannot be distributed before the publisher-authorized release time.

Detailed pickup instructions will be provided to ticket holders before the event.

Ticket Purchase Limits

Purchases may be limited to a maximum of five (2) tickets per order.

The Romantics Archive reserves the right to cancel orders that exceed ticket limits or appear to have been made for resale purposes.

Ticket Transfers & Resale

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest. The original purchaser is responsible for ensuring the new guest receives all event information and complies with event policies.

Tickets may not be resold for profit. The Romantics Archive reserves the right to cancel tickets that appear to have been purchased for unauthorized resale.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

Arrival & Entry

Guests are encouraged to arrive on time to enjoy the full Ball experience. Late arrivals will still be admitted but may miss scheduled activities or performances.

VIP early-entry benefits apply only during the designated VIP access period.

Detailed check-in, parking, and arrival instructions will be provided before the event.

Costumes & Props

Fantasy formal attire, fae attire, and cosplay are highly encouraged.

For the safety of all guests:

• Props must be safe and non-functional
• Real weapons are prohibited
• Weapon replicas or props that may pose a safety concern are prohibited
• Costumes and props must comply with venue safety requirements

Event and venue staff reserve the right to refuse or request the removal of any item that presents a safety concern.

Photography & Video

Professional photography and video will take place throughout the event.

By attending, guests acknowledge that event photographs and video may be used by The Romantics Archive for marketing and promotional purposes.

Vendors

Participating vendors operate independently. The Romantics Archive is not responsible for transactions, products, or services provided by third-party vendors.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Romantics Archive and Davis Conference Center are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Event & Release Date Changes

Book publication dates are determined by the publisher and may be subject to change. If the official release date changes, the event schedule may also need to be adjusted.

Performers, activities, schedules, and other event elements may also change as necessary.

Ticket holders will be notified of any significant changes.

Force Majeure

Circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, venue issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen events, may require the Ball to be postponed, relocated, or modified.
